What We Do
Healthy eating improves your skin, sleep, mental health, digestion and ability to fight off illness to name a few. It is a ticket to a healthier and happier life and it is much easier than you think it is.
Healthy Food Made Easy is a 6-week group programme that helps you follow a healthy and affordable diet. We cook a simple, healthy dish each week that you get to enjoy with new friends in the group.
People think that cooking at home is expensive, but it actually works out much cheaper (and healthier!) than buying regular takeaways and ready meals.
Healthy Food Made Easy is led by community facilitators who are trained in up-to-date healthy eating. We show you the different nutrients and vitamins your body needs to feel its best. This is a great chance to get out of the house, learn something new which will benefit your health.
Everyone who completes the courses will get:
