Baby Massage helps build your bond with your baby. You learn massage skills to help your baby’s digestion, movement, circulation, coordination and brain development.

The course is also a chance to get support. You can ask questions, share experiences, and connect with other parents. It shows you ways to help develop your baby’s early speech and language and how to support their physical and emotional growth.

Our Baby Massage course runs for 5 weeks in different community centres in Dublin 10 many times a year.

“The Baby Massage Course really helped me as I have struggled with mental health and loneliness after birth and I have felt so much better since coming.”

“It was a nice time away for me and my baby with no outside noise.”

Babies learn so much from you and the world around them in the first 6 months of their lives, a lot more than we give them credit for! Joining our Incredible Years Baby Programme can help you to mind yourself while doing the best you can for your baby.

You will learn further about how your baby talks to you and how you can talk to them, what their different cries mean, how to establish sleeping and eating routines and baby first aid. This is a supportive course for all parents and babies up to 6 months.

“A lovely session, building up some confidence to contribute to the group as it was led really well, and I felt at ease.”

Talking, singing, reading and playing with your child helps them learn and develop. Your child learns best from you through playing and having fun.

PEEP groups give you and your child the chance to make new friends and share experiences and ideas that work. Each session teaches a new way to play or teach your child so you can continue developing together at home.
