Heads Up for Women is a mental health programme that helps you to:
- Nurture yourself to manage stress in your life.
- To help your anxiety and rediscover your creativity and sense of fun.
- Discover what brings you joy and purpose.
- Be more confident in communicating and reaching out to others (asking for help might be better here? You can decide.)
- Find your way through change.
- Personal Development
The Heads Up for Women programme runs 2 mornings a week – Mondays & Wednesdays from 10 am to 12:30pm in the library in Ballyfermot. The programme begins on Monday November 3rd for 6 weeks with a break for Christmas and resumes for 6 more weeks afterwards. If you have any questions
