Does your home allow you to age in place with Independence?

If you are over 65, you can request your Local Healthy Age Friendly Homes Coordinator to call to your house. They can assist and advise you on Grants, Services and Resources that will help support you to remain in your own home with independence, for as long as possible.

This is a free service provided through the Healthy Age Friendly Homes Programme in your Local Authority
