SUMMARY:We Can Quit - Stop Smoking
DESCRIPTION:We Can Quit is a free programme that works on what triggers smoking for you. If you smoke when you’re stressed\, drinking\, having cravings or anything else\, our ex-smoker facilitators work through it with you. We look at eating healthy\, managing stress\, and minding your mental health. \nThe group course lasts for 10 weeks. We will give you free patches or gum to help stop cravings while the moral support from the group really helps. These really increase your chances of giving up when used alongside the behavioural support of the group.
